I'd probably look into these areas:-
- Constructors and Destructors (incl. copy constructors!)
- RAII
- Exceptions
- Assignment operator
- New/Delete/New[]/Delete[] vs malloc/free
- STL containers
- Smart Pointers : why, how and when
